Terms of Service
1. Products & Ownership
We offer original artworks and high-quality prints, created and sold by the artist. Each artwork is either hand-made or printed on demand. By purchasing an artwork, you acquire ownership of the physical product only.
Copyright & Reproduction: Purchasing an artwork does not grant any rights to reproduce, modify, distribute, or use it commercially in any form. All copyrights remain with the artist.
Limited Editions: If a print is part of a numbered limited edition, ownership remains subject to the terms of that edition.
2. Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Payments are securely processed through Squarespace using Stripe. We accept only the payment methods supported by Stripe on Squarespace.
Any applicable taxes and fees will be calculated at checkout.
Pricing Errors
We strive for accuracy, but in the event of an obvious pricing mistake (e.g., a technical error leading to an incorrect price), we reserve the right to:
Cancel the order before it is processed and issue a full refund.
Offer the option to proceed with the order at the corrected price.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship both domestically and internationally.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days.
Shipping Provider: All prints are printed and shipped via Left Bank Art Group. Delivery times vary based on location and external factors.
International Orders: Additional shipping charges may apply for some destinations. If extra costs are required, we will notify you before processing. You may choose to either pay the difference or cancel the order for a full refund.
Customs & Duties: Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
4. Order Issues: Damages, Delays & Lost Shipments
No Returns or Exchanges: Since all prints and frames are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. To process a claim, you must email us within 24 hours of delivery with:
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the outer packaging
Your order number and name
Claim Submission: Damaged order claims should be sent to kaitlyn@leftbankartgroup.com.au with the required information.
Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking the shipment. We are not responsible for carrier delays but will do our best to resolve any issues.
5. Cancellations & Changes
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been placed, as each piece is printed or prepared on demand.
If an order requires a pricing adjustment due to additional shipping costs, we will notify you. You may choose to either pay the additional cost or cancel the order for a full refund before it is processed.
6. Product Disclaimer
Colour Accuracy: Colours may appear slightly different in person due to variations in screen settings and display calibration.
Mockups & Renderings: Some product images may include mockups or digital renderings for reference. The final product may have slight differences in appearance.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the purchase price of the item.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. However, once an order has been placed, it will be subject to the terms in effect at that time.
