Return Policy
1. No Returns for Change of Mind
All prints and frames are custom-made to order, and as such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellationsdue to a change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
2. Order Processing & Shipping
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days.
Shipping Provider: All prints are printed and shipped via Left Bank Art Group.
Estimated Delivery Times: Shipping times vary based on location and external factors. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
3. Damaged Orders & Returns Claims
If orders are damaged in transit, Left Bank Art Group will replace the item and process returns claims via Couriers.
To process a return, photo evidence is required, including:
Damage to the item itself.
Damage to the exterior packaging.
Damaged returns claims must be submitted within 24 hours (1 business day) of receiving the damaged item.
Claims must be sent to kaitlyn@leftbankartgroup.com.au and include:
Artist name
Order number
Customer name
4. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package has not arrived within the estimated shipping timeframe:
Contact us at info@louisechaffard.com for assistance in tracking your order.
While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will make every effort to help resolve the issue.
5. International Shipping & Additional Charges
International orders may be subject to additional shipping costs. If additional fees apply due to your location, we will contact you before processing the order. You may choose to either pay the difference or cancel the order for a full refund.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local regulations that apply in their country.
6. Changes to This Policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy may be updated periodically. However, once an order has been placed, it will be subject to the policy in effect at that time.
